The work

What the work
involves.

Oil contamination, moisture, cracks, and existing coatings can all affect an epoxy floor. We look at the slab and the way you use the garage before discussing the coating system and finish. Preparation is part of the job, not an optional extra.

Plan when the garage can be emptied.

Share the approximate floor area, photos of the slab, and any existing coatings or problem spots. We will discuss access and the time needed before walking on or parking on the new floor. That timing depends on the selected system and site conditions.

Before we start

A few things
to know.

Can epoxy cover cracks or oil stains?

Those conditions need assessment and preparation first. A coating alone does not resolve movement, contamination, or moisture issues in the slab.

How soon can I park in the garage?

Return-to-use times depend on the product and conditions. The agreed coating system and its instructions determine when the floor can take foot traffic and vehicles.
