Damaged trim, open joints, and deteriorated painted surfaces need attention before the finish coat. We identify the areas involved and discuss which repairs belong in the painting scope and which may need further assessment.

Start with clear photos of the damage.

Include a close-up and a wider photo showing where the problem sits on the building. Note any water entry or recurring damage. The cause and extent of the issue help determine the repair—covering it with paint is not a repair plan.

Do you handle every type of exterior damage?
